Selenite Rose

Selenite Rose is most commonly composed of the minerals Gypsum (Selenite) and Barite. They have a rosette shape that is caused by wind, sand and other particles becoming embedded into its surface while it was forming. 

Each Selenite Rose is said to hold a Spirit Guardian unique to the stone providing protection and guidance.  Selenite Rose is linked to the Root and Crown Chakras helping to keep us grounded and protected from negative energy, as well as purifying our own energy.  It gently teaches us that the ups and downs of life are what make life worth living and to not dwell too much on any of them, but live in the present moment.  Use each experience as a tool to grow and develop as a person.  When used during meditation, Selenite Rose quiets our mind and removes our worries and anxieties, allowing us to see glimpses of the future helping our decision-making.
